There’s nothing Michelle Obama has loved more about being first lady than using her title to party with celebrities, and to feel like a Hollywood A-lister herself.
Next Wednesday, Michelle is cashing into this one last time when she has her final talk show appearance as first lady on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Deadline reported that this will be Michelle’s third appearance on the NBC late night talk show, with her first coming in 2014, when she in the “Ew!” sketch with Fallon and Will Ferrell.
In 2015, she appeared on the program once again to show off her abysmal dancing skills with Fallon in a presentation of the “Evolution Of Mom Dancing.”
This came after Michelle sat down with Oprah for her final one-on-one interview as first lady. Michelle shamelessly used that interview to race-bait and badmouth President-Elect Trump at the same time by claiming that Americans have lost hope since he got elected.
“We feel the difference now. See, now, we are feeling what not having hope feels like,” Michelle said. “Hope is necessary. It’s a necessary concept and Barack didn’t just talk about hope because he thought it was just a nice slogan to get votes.”
“He and I and so many believe that — what else do you have if you don’t have hope,” Michelle added. “What do you give your kids if you can’t give them hope?”
